The ASI HCR is a toilet seat cover and a toilet tissue paper dispenser with sanitary pad disposal. It is made of heavy duty 18 gauge thickness stainless steel alloy that comes with a satin finish for a glossy look. There are internal baffles which avoid the direct view from either side of the equipment i.e. HC panel side and HC stall.
