It allows smooth dispensing and is self-feeding till the supply box is empty. The cover of this surface-mount paper holder is made from 22-gauge alloy 18-8 type 304 stainless steel to last long. The special pin key included helps release the latch to enable quick refilling of tissues. This facial tissue paper dispenser is designed with a fully hemmed-in rolled edge for snag-free dispensing and user safety.
