Aluminium

Preassembled units manufactured in UK, with a 16 & 14 gauge powder coated Zintec locker body that has undergone accelerated salt spray testing, thereby providing enhanced strength, integrity and durability in varied conditions, with satin anodised aluminium door. Supplied at bespoke dimensions to suit the particular project, with multiple lock options.

Suitable to provide a robust storage solution for use in dry areas and can be situated in different layouts, such as to a structural back wall or fitted into a recess. The unit can sit directly on to a plinth, pre-installed by others, or a plywood plinth can be provided to suit. The plinth can be finished with a horizontal skirting panel, or alternatively tiling/vinyl applied by others. Lockers can be fixed to a structural back wall to give a floating appearance. Integral bench seating can be supplied to supplement the layout.

11mm finished thickness, consisting of 9mm mr mdf core, edged all round in a matching laminate and then faced both sides in sheet aluminium. All doors are hinged on the right-hand side. The lockers are supplied to site pre-fabricated, to be installed by our trained technicians.

The locker body is supplied in 16 & 14 gauge powder coated Zintec. Self-closing hinges are supplied as standard and discretely locate into the locker body, allowing for a quiet opening/closing operation.

Anodised 6063-T6 grade aluminium studs with a 5 micron finish, on the outer face of the door, through-fixed into the self-closing hinges for added strength, using stainless steel screws. The doors can be supplied without the self-closing facility on request. Can be supplied with charging systems for phones and other electronic items, and/or warm air extraction.
